The Reference section is the lookup surface for Spectral’s primitives, contracts, and operational details. Start with Primitives for the foundational concepts the rest of the corpus assumes; then catalog pages cover specific lookup needs — events, protocols, the retention registry, configuration, the observability stack — and the Decisions subsection at the bottom is the navigable record of why Spectral is the way it is.
